The heat pipe technology is used in the most modern cooling systems due to high efficiency and ultra-light weight. This technology has been developed in Iranian Space Research Center and applied in thermal man- agement of systems such as satellites, medical equipment and electronic devices. The reliability and life time of heat pipes will be determined based on their usage. Our teams could design and manufacture vari- ous cooling systems using this technology according to customer's requirements.
